gm.app introduces an innovative approach to NFT trading and minting.
The trading of NFTs on gm.app is done via smart contracts that "store" ETH as liquidity. Users can buy and sell NFTs through this pool, without having to wait for a counterparty for their NFT trade. This is called "automated market making".
The pricing for buying and selling NFTs is done "automatically" via smart contracts and is determined by a formula that depends on the number of minted NFTs. This kind of price determination is called "bonding curve".
These two mechanisms allow us to create a trading experience for NFTs that was so far only available for the trading of fungible tokens on DEXs like Uniswap, on which you can instantly swap between different tokens.
